If the correct product ordered by the customer is not delivered and the quality of the product delivered is bad, then the customer can request replacement at that time.
It is mandatory to share images of the items that the customer was dissatisfied with. The company may take the returned product and replace it with a new product. If the products received do not match the order placed, we will replace the order with the correct products.
If delivery is not made during the first attempt due to wrong or insufficient address, recipient not being at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer will still be charged for the order. No refunds will be made for such items and re-shipping will incur an additional delivery charge.
No cancellations are accepted from consumers.
